I found the people are very nice and honest. They actually drove all the way from queens to Atlantic Highlands NJ "Twice" to help me. The reason I asked them to come all the way was the exterminators in NJ were ridiculous in their pricing. All out exterminating was more concerned in getting rid of my problem. They came, explained everything to me. I was able to call him with any questions I may have had and they were always very courteous and polite, very eager to help me. They came out here, within one hour they did what they needed to do and told me they will be back in 2 weeks to make sure I was satisfied and all was well. Two weeks later they were here again from queens to NJ and did what he needed to do. The next morning they called me to see if i was satisfied and all was ok.
